Here's a few fun facts about us...
Kishwaukee Valley Storm is entering it's 26th season and has a long standing tradition of excellence in competitive fastpitch softball. Our players' hometowns span Kane County, DeKalb County, Winnebago County and beyond. Our exceptional coaching staff strongly believes in drilling fundamentals first. KV Storm has sent over 50 players on to play collegiately. Our BRAND NEW indoor facility, the KV Sportsplex, is located in Kingston, IL. The 6,000 square foot sportsplex boasts four state-of-the-art hitting bays equipped with advanced technology like Rapsodo and HitTrax for precise performance analysis. The facility features a well-designed workout area to complement training, alongside a spectator deck offering a comfortable view of the action. We also utilize the DeKalb Sports and Rec Center, Citizens Memorial Sports Complex in Sycamore and the Chessick Practice Center at NIU. KV Storm hosts STORM DAYZ - a 72 team, 5 age group tournament every June in Sycamore. Click on the Storm Days menu option to find out more about our 2026 tournament.
